I start with 8 gauge copper wire and hammer these into shape on my anvil. The hammered texture is both functional as it shaped the bracelet and a classic aesthetic. Some believe they help with joint issues.

5.5 mm wide and 4 mm thick.

*small: for about a 6” circumference wrist
*medium: for about a 6 1/2” circumference wrist
*large: for about a 7” circumference wrist
