These Suspend Necklaces are made from Purpleheart, Walnut, and Macassar Ebony. I source these woods from local furniture, gun, and tool makers, which means the material has already been shaped, handled, and used before it becomes jewelry. That history matters to me.

I’m interested in materials that already carry character, and in letting wood and metal work together as equals in the design. Each one contributes to the final form rather than one being forced to adapt to the other. Because of the sourcing process and the individuality of each piece of wood, I only make 3–4 of each variation at a time.

The result is a necklace that feels light, warm, and grounding on the body. It’s reversible, so it wears naturally in either direction — no need to think about orientation or handedness. It’s meant to move with you through your day, not sit as something you have to manage or adjust.

This is for someone who already knows their own quality. Someone who values substance over noise, and who’s drawn to objects with story, restraint, and a bit of edge — without needing them to announce anything.
